In Memory of Marion Davis

In remembrance of Marion Davis, Springfield, Illinois

As I think about Marion I realize I know very little about her personal life.  She was a high school teacher. A volunteer in the school system working with little children.  Her outlook on life was very upbeat and joyful.  She had turned 80 years old.   She talked about her love for her family and life in general.  Her hobby was reading and taking walks.  I found a strength in her that helped me in just my everyday life.  She was most interested in helping mankind and getting involved in the doing.  Even though I knew she was in pain she never complained.  Of all her attributes I know her family will remember her for much more.  I shall remember her for her love of life and knowledge.
