Join us in Washington, DC from September 27-28* for the 2017 National Advocacy Summit to ensure that the fight against lung cancer remains a priority among our national policymakers --- and that your voice impacts decisions to improve patient healthcare for all. You will come together with patients, survivors and caregivers from across the country to learn how to effectively share your story and educate Members of Congress. You will receive hands-on training with distinct calls to action to ensure our continued "seat at the table", increase research funding and advance better and affordable healthcare.

Application Process & Registration Fee
Summit participation is provided to the first 100 approved applicants (18 or older) with priority given to lung cancer patients, survivors and caregivers representing each state and diverse Congressional districts. Please fill out the application by July 31, 2017. Once submitted, you will be notified within 7 business days.

Upon approval of your application, you will be charged a non-refundable $175 registration fee to the credit card provided on the application. This reserves your participation in the Summit.

Hotel & Travel
You are responsible for your travel to and from Washington, DC; however, we will cover your one-night shared hotel room for the night of September 27, 2017 at the Omni Shoreham. Some exceptions may be made with prior approval when travel requires an earlier arrival or later departure.

If you are able to pay for your hotel room, please let us know during the application process so that we may help other attendees in need of assistance. The room costs are $255 single or double per night.

We don't want costs to be a barrier for your attendance. We offer a limited number of scholarships for those requiring travel assistance to attend the Summit. Please be sure to tell us if you would like to be considered for a scholarship in the application. You will be notified of your application approval and scholarship funding based on need within 7 business days.
