Donate your vehicle to the Lung Cancer Alliance! It's EASY!

We accept most gently used cars, trucks, vans, campers and recreational vehicles, boats, and motorcycles in most areas throughout the country.

• Print and fill out our Donor and Vehicle Information form.
• Complete and fax the form to Car Program, LLC at 916-631-1307, 631-4336 or 631-1328. They can be reached by phone at (800) 513-6560. 
• Keep your vehicle paperwork.
• A towing service will call you within four business days to schedule an appointment to come pick up your car.
• Car Program LLC will send you a receipt for tax purposes.
• Proceeds will support Lung Cancer Alliance’s programs.
